Return and exchange policy

Customers may request a return or size exchange within seven calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

The product must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Original tags, packaging and proof of purchase must be retained.
The product must be free from stains, odours, damage or signs of use.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Returns will be inspected before approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Payment-provider or bank processing times may apply.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.
Products marked “Final Sale” cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Jewellery return eligibility will be stated on the applicable product page.

Any incorrect, damaged or defective item should be reported promptly with supporting photographs or video.
